Jacob Renaldo carves his own path. Whether it’s making fresh tracks on the ski slopes of Japan (a bucket list item he recently checked off!) or skillfully running his own businesses, Jacob is a dreamer and a doer. He’s an entrepreneur at heart who grew up in the Philly suburbs of Bucks County, PA surrounded by a family of entrepreneurs. Their energy and passion instilled in him a core belief that anything is possible.

He graduated from the University of Rhode Island (#GoRams) and soon after launched a successful business with his brother. His determination to be in business for himself naturally led him to a thriving career in real estate where he is laser focused on doing all he can to help people achieve their dreams.

Jacob lives in DC and enjoys biking and walking with his wife and their dog around the mall and the many beautiful neighborhoods of the nation’s capital. He still cheers for the Philly Eagles, Flyers, and 76ers. He loves classic rock and is a huge Springsteen fan (whom he’s seen in concert 10 times…and counting!)

Portugal was one of his all-time favorite trips, but it was perhaps a visit to Italy that means the most to him. He and his wife were married there and thanks to the many family and friends who flew in, their huge wedding was a special and memorable day.

Jacob is a straight shooter who brings an exceptional attention to detail to everything he does. He believes honest and open communication is the best way to serve his clients. In fact, the best piece of advice he ever received was that it’s ok to tell people you don’t know the answer because together we can figure it out.
