Jacob brings a noticeably fresh perspective to the DC, MD, and VA real estate markets. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa, Jake spent the previous 5+ years after finishing college successfully running his own businesses. Born to a family of entrepreneurs, it was his mindset from the beginning to be in business for himself. He always knew that being in business for himself would eventually lead to a career as a Washington, DC Realtor. 

Having run his own businesses, Jacob knows that his exceptional - and sometimes over the top annoying - attention to detail, brutal honesty, and an open line of communication are fundamentally important to providing clients with a path towards successfully achieving their goals. One of his main metrics of success is not just the number of deals closed next to his name, but doing everything in his power to see to it that his clients are properly taken care of and satisfied with the end result.
